The text didn't open

ReferPop opens your phone's own messaging app. On an iPad, or a phone without a SIM card, there is no messaging app to open. On Android, make sure a messaging app is set as your default.

The contact cards didn't come through

Some Android messaging apps don't accept attached cards. ReferPop then writes the names and numbers into the text instead, so both people can still reach each other.

Someone in the group text didn't get the message

Check that the number you picked is a mobile number. A group text to a landline is not delivered.

Moving to a new phone

Your list lives only on your phone, so it does not move by itself. Your group's list can be imported again from any member; email us if you need help moving the rest.
