The short version: ReferPop collects nothing. It has no accounts, no servers, no ads and no analytics. Everything you enter stays on your phone.

What stays on your phone

The professionals you save, your private notes about them, and the list of referrals you have made are stored only on your device. We never receive them, and we cannot see them.

Your contacts

ReferPop does not ask for access to your contacts. When you pick a person, your phone's own contact picker hands the app only that one person's name and number. The app never reads your address book.

Your messages

ReferPop never sends a text by itself. It opens your phone's messaging app with the message written; you read it and tap Send. Those texts travel through your phone carrier and messaging app, as any text you send does.

Sharing a group list

If you share your group's list with other members, it goes directly from your phone to theirs, through the messaging or sharing app you choose. It contains business-card details only (name, specialty, company, phone, email, address, website, license). Your private notes and your referral history are never included.

Deleting your data

Delete the app, and everything it stored is deleted with it. There is nothing held anywhere else to request or remove.

Children

ReferPop is a business tool for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
